Want to experience happiness today? First, play your flute or listen to some nice music.
Help someone with something! Do you have a neighbour or someone you see regularly? Is there something you can do for them?
Do you see someone’s footpath needs a sweep? Is there glass or rubbish on the beach? Can you help out?
Does someone drop something in the shop and have trouble picking it up?
Does your child need a little help with cleaning up after himself? Instead of nagging, could you say, ‘Let’s do this together.’
